We used Sherwin Williams Duration paint in satin sheen on all surfaces The project consist of the main house, which has three tenant entrances, a detached garage to the right and another detached unit to the left for one tenant. We sanded, filled, caulked and primed all surfaces. The primer is peel bond hi-build primer. It took us 4 weeks.
