Secondly, we sand and apply specialized primers for wood, stucco and metal. Additionally, we mask off all windows and frames with plastic to protect the areas from paint, as well as ares on the ground and nearby plants and walk ways.. We apply two coats of paint on all surfaces to ensure for long lasting color retention and durability. Once the painting is complete we clean up around the entire house to ensure that we return your home in better condition than when we started. We start by covering your walls, floors, vents and furniture with multiple layers of tarps and plastic. We lightly wet the surface of material to cut down on dust as the material collects on top of our plastic sheets. We properly collect and dispose of the material each day. Majestic Painters goes an extra step where others don’t as we float all tape seams and corners to ensure an even and consistent look. Additionally,  we apply a hi build primer with a spray and roll technique followed with two coats of quality finish paint to complete the project. We want people to think your ceilings were original from the start.

We are expertly skilled in repairing exterior dry rot, repairing incongruent stucco as well as repairing interior sheet rock imperfections and holes. We emphasize using the correct material, using the correct techniqure so that our finished work looks original, consistent and visually appealing. For dry rot areas, we use pac prime wood which is treated to resist water and pest damage and is true straight wood.
